Q. How do I place an order?
A. If you're looking to buy from our Durable Medical Equipment, you can place your order online by selecting the item(s) and clicking "add to cart." This will add the item(s) to your cart, where you can confirm the total and input your preferred method of payment.
A. If you're looking to buy from our Capital Equipment, you can select the item(s) and click the "get a quote" button. You will then fill out your contact information so we can get back to you with a quote and subsequent steps.
Q. Do you service/repair equipment?
A. Yes, here at The Best Medical, we service and repair equipment that we've sold, as well as equipment purchased from other suppliers!
Q. Do you provide delivery for equipment?
A. While we do provide delivery for an additional cost, it is not mandatory and we allow for our customers to provide their own method of delivery if they so choose.
Q. Do you provide warranty on your equipment?
A. While it does depend on the size and price of the equipment, most of the equipment from our store is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase, subject to normal usage conditions and adherence to the instructions for use recommended by the manufacturer.
